国际金融危机后香港和新加坡金融监管体制比较研究

A Comparative study of Hong Kong and Singapor Financial supervison system after Financial Crisis

香港和新加坡是两个著名的国际金融中心,对市场反应灵敏,在全球金融经济发展中有重要影响。在金融危机中,香港和新加坡利用自身发达与完善的金融监管体制,通过合理有效的金融监管最大程度避免了危机的不利影响。本文针对金融危机后两地金融监管体制进行对比分析,并提出相关建议。

As two famous international financial centres, Hong Kong and Singapore react sensitively to the market and have significant influence to the International finance and economic development. In Financial Crisis, Hong Kong and Singapore have used their well-developed and impeccable financial regulation system to avoid ad- verse impacts to the most extent through rational and effective regulation. This article makes a comparative analysis to the financial regulation system between the two places, also presents relative suggestion.
