摘要随着欧洲债务危机发展,海外资产价格估值下降,引发中国企业加快跨国并购,积极拓展海外市场热潮,但由此也带来不少的难题和阻碍。本文旨在通过分析中国企业跨国并购发展的现状、特征及其存在问题,提出中国企业跨国并购路径选择及其政策建议。 With the development of European debt crisis, more and more Chinese enterprises expand over- seas market, but there still exist many problems and hinders. This paper aims to analyze Chinese enterprises Mergers and Acquisitions current situation, characteristics and problems, then puts forward policy Suggestions and path selection of Chinese enterprises Mergers and Acquisitions
