摘要
利用文献计量学对2003～2012年国内高校图书馆参考咨询服务模式的相关文献进行统计分析和回溯研究,总结出研究内容及方法,再根据现状的不足之处提出展望,以期为我国高校图书馆参考咨询服务模式创新提供参考。
The article makes a statistical analysis of papers about university library service for reference with bibliometrics, and summarizes the methods and contents of studying. In order to make innovation, it points out the trend of it according to the inadequacies.
