摘要
抽取"网上联合知识导航站"开放知识库中的800条问答记录,以咨询答案所用参考源作为观测对象,依据观测角度人工标引其参考源所属类型,通过对各类型参考源的定性、定量分析,观测虚拟参考咨询对印刷参考源、数字参考源、其他参考源的使用程度,对馆内参考源和馆外参考源的依赖程度。研究表明:印刷馆藏仍然在虚拟参考咨询中成为主要参考源,对于超大型图书馆而言,合作咨询在参考源尤其是数字参考源的共享上意义并不大。
Based on 800 samples selected from the reference questions and answers database of "Collaborative Online Reference Services", the author puts the reference sources into the observation object and classifies them into relative categories based on observation angle. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this study shows to what extent the print reference sources and digital reference sources are used, and to what extent digital reference service relies on reference sources owned or legally accessed by the library and reference sources not controlled by the library. Finally, some conclusions are provided: print reference source can play the main role in digital reference service, the share of reference source, especially the digital reference source makes little significance.
