摘要
学科馆员核心能力直接关乎学科服务的实现。文章阐述核心能力及其知识语境的主要论点,基于核心能力的知识语境提出学科馆员核心能力概念,建构起相应的理想模型,探讨此模型的演进、实现和意义,以促进学科馆员的学科服务工作。
Core competency of subject librarians affected direct realization of subject service. The major argument of core competency and its knowledge context were expounded. The concept of core competency of subject librarians form knowledge context of core competency was raised, the relevant ideal model was built. Evolution, realization and sense of the model were explored for promoting work on subject service of subject librarians.
