从五脏相关角度探讨肠易激综合征核心病机 被引量：9

摘要 肠易激综合征是一种以腹痛或排便习惯改变为特征的消化系统疾病,属中医"便秘"、"泄泻"和"腹痛"等范畴,其发病与脾胃虚弱、健运失职,肝失疏泄、横逆脾土、木不疏土,心神失调、气血失和,肺失宣肃、肠道传化不利,肾失摄纳、二阴开合失司等五脏相关,但其核心病机仍为肝郁脾虚。
