温阳化湿利水法治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎研究

Clinical study of Wen Yang hua shi li shui treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy

目的:观察温阳化湿利水法治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法:90例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组45例,分别给予西药基础治疗加中药、西药基础治疗,疗程为半个月,观察各组治疗后患者胸水吸收情况及临床症状改善情况,2个月后将治疗结果进行统计学处理。结果:治疗后治疗组第1～4疗程总有效率分别为82.22%、91.11%、93.33%、95.56%;对照组第1～4疗程总有效率分别为64.58%、73.33%、84.44%、86.67%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组临床症状改善情况比较,治疗组发热、乏力、咳嗽、胸痛改善情况分别为100%、95.2%、91.7%、90.7%,对照组分别为87.5%、77.5%、78.9%、81.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:温阳化湿利水法治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎可以明显地促进胸水的吸收,提高患者的临床疗效,更好地改善患者的临床症状。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of Wen Yang hua shi li shui treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy. Two groups was statistically significant difference in（P 〈 0.05）, the treatment group than in control group. Conclusion： the cognition to the wet water treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy can significantly promote the absorption of water chest, and improve the patient clinical curative effect, also improve the clinical symptoms.
