甲基-苯基-四氢吡啶建立恒河猴PD模型的MRI表现

摘要 对甲基 苯基 四氢吡啶 (MPTP)制成的帕金森病 (PD)模型恒河猴脑行MRI检查 ,T2 WI显示 :注入侧中脑黑质面积减小 ,内有局灶性高信号。对PD模型恒河猴脑组织切片行酪氨酸羟化酶免疫组化方法检查 ,证实注药侧中脑多巴胺能神经元明显减少 ;行Grino染色显示注药侧黑质区有大量胶质细胞增生。 WT5BZ]Five primate models for Parkinsonizm, which was established by 1 methyl 4 pheny 1,2,3,6 tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) injecting through unilateral internal carotid after 6 weeks, were scanned by MR imaging. MRI demonstrated that the area of the substantia nigra decreased and there was foci of increased signal intensity in homolateral on T 2 weighted images. Histological examination showed a loss of tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactive neurons and pervasive gliosis in the ventral midbrain area on the injection side by Grino staining. The results manifested that MRI can be a modality to evaluating the primate modal of Parkinsonnism after MPTP exposure.
