摘要
通过测定CCl4 性肝硬化门静脉高压大鼠的平均动脉压、门静脉压及门脉血流量 ,研究普萘洛尔和硝苯地平单用及联合应用对肝硬化门静脉高压模型大鼠血流动力学的影响。结果 :普萘洛尔及硝苯地平单用及联合应用均可降低肝硬化门脉高压模型大鼠的门脉压力及血流量 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,但对平均动脉压均影响不大 ,且 2药之间无明显差异。提示 :联合应用普萘洛尔和硝苯地平可明显改变肝硬化大鼠的门脉血流动力学 。
The research on the effects of sigle and combined application of propranolol and nifedipine on portal hemodynamics in experimental cirrhotic rats were carried out by testing the rats′ average artery pressure, portal pressure and portal bloodstream. The results demonstrated that propranolol and nifedipine , whether used singly or in combination, could both decrease the portal pressure and rate of portal bloodstream ( P <0.05 or P <0.01) in the rats, but neicher had apparent effect on the average artery pressure, and furthermore, there were no apparent diferences on the effects between the two drugs. In conclusion, combined use of propranolol and nifedipine has a distinct improvement on portal hemodynamics in experimental cirrhotic rats, whose effect is approximately equal to either of the drugs used singly.
