摘要
设计了基于半实物仿真的故障注入软件系统和硬件系统,以解决目前雷达装备设计领域存在的测试性验证的问题;以半实物仿真为基础,结合测试分析技术,主要研究了故障注入系统的设计及其应用于某型号雷达自检设备设计阶段的情况;以往的设计多数都忽略了测试性验证,这就为以后装备的使用埋下了隐患;以实验的方式证明,该系统能够快速有效地对装备实施故障注入,并给出量化结果;结果表明,装备故障检测率、隔离率等指标均有3%以上的提高,达到了课题要求和研究目的。
Based on Hardware in--the loop simulation (HWILS), the paper studies on designing of fault injection hardware and soft- ware system, to solve testability verification problems in the filed of radar designing. By the basement of HWILS, combining with test analy sis technology, mainly study the design of fault injection system and its application on designing stage o{ BIT system of some type of radar. The previous design only adapted the designer's request, and ignored testability verification, and it was a large problem to equipment. The experiment shows that the system can inject faults fast and effectively, and gives quantization results. And they show FDR and FAR are both more than 3% up, and achieve the requests and goals.
