摘要
针对当前矿井瓦斯防爆监测系统的缺点,提出了一种基于模糊判决的新型ZigBee无线矿井安全监测系统的研发方案,系统在总体结构上由井下瓦斯传感节点、坑道中继节点和地上监控节点构成;基于MC13192实现了各节点间的ZigBee通信,设计了传感节点状态轮询机制,有效避免了探头损坏造成的监控死角问题;在坑道中继节点中设计了瓦斯爆炸概率的模糊判决器,显著增强了监控安全性;测试分析表明,该系统具有监测覆盖面广、瓦斯爆炸危险程度判定准确以及响应速度快等优点。
In order to slave the two major drawbacks of mine explosion proof current monitoring system, a new ZigBee wireless fuzzy system of mine gas safety is presented. The three tier system of underground methane monitoring nodes, relay nodes, and the ground node is designed, ZigBee communication between nodes is based on MC13192. A node status--polling program is designed to avoid the damage of monitor dead. In the trenches of relay node probability design of gas explosion in fuzzy, significantly enhances monitoring and security. Test analysis showed that monitoring of coverage of the system is wide, the degree of gas--explosion is nicety and the response is fast.
