摘要
为实现对机载用电设备进行自动、高效的供电特性测试,需为测试平台设计适合的控制系统。兼顾RTCA-DO-160E、GJB181-1986、GJB181A-2003 3种供电标准,针对28V低压直流供电的机载设备,开发了一套直流供电特性自动测试平台的控制系统。该控制系统基于LabVIEW软件,以PCIe-6353板卡输出信号控制主电路电压的产生与波形参数,以PCI-5114实现了输出波形的实时监测与参数分析;模块化的程序设计方式使系统具有良好的人机界面和可扩展性;结合测试平台在输出信号、人机界面、数据管理、信号测量等方面的控制需求,给出了控制系统各部分的软件设计方法和部分程序。通过试验平台运行结果可说明控制系统使测试平台能自动、高效完成3种供电标准的测试项目。
In order to accomplish an automatic and efficient power supply characteristics test for airborne electrical equipments, the de sign of a suitable control system for test workbench is necessary. Give consideration of RTCA DO--160E, GJB181--1986, and GJB181A-- 2003, a control system is developed for airborne 28V low--voltage DC power supply equipment. The system is based on LabVIEW, utilizing the PCIe--6353 output signal to generate voltage of main circuit and control the waveform parameters, and meanwhile employing PCI--5114 to raonitor waveform in real time and analyse parameters. Modular program is designed to endow the system of a good man--machine inter- face and great scalability. Take the control needs of output signal, man--machine interface, data management and signal measurement into account, the design methods of software of every part of the control system and some of the programs are given. Operating results of the test workbench indicates that the control system can enable the test workbench to complete tests for three kinds of power supply standard auto matically and efficiently.
