肾上腺转移癌的诊断(附5例报告)

DIAGNOSIS OF ADRENAL METASTASIS CARCINOMA (REPORT 5 CASES)

目的 提高肾上腺转移癌的诊断水平。方法 回顾 4例肾上腺转移癌的诊治情况。结果 4例均经手术及病理确诊 ,其中原发性肺癌 2例、肾癌、鼻咽癌、恶性黑素瘤各1例。结论 有原发肿瘤伴肾上腺区肿物者应考虑转移癌之可能。这种转移癌多为双侧 ,且大小不对称 ,外形不规则 。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of adrenal metastasic carcinoma. Methods 5 cases of adrenal metatasis carcinoma treated in our hospital were reviewed. Results In 5 cases of adrenal metastatic adrenal carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology, 2 were primary pulmonary carcinoma, 1 renal carcinoma and 1 nasopharyngeal carcinoma,melanoma. Conclusion If there are primary tumours of the body and mass in adrenal area, metastatic adrenal carcinoma should be considered. This type of metastatic tumours are usually bilateral, asymmetrical, irregular in contour and with no disorder of endocrine functions.
