麦冬水提物抗急性心肌缺血活性部位的初步筛选 被引量:19

摘要 目的初步筛选麦冬水提物中抗心肌缺血的活性部位。方法采用1万分子量中空纤维柱将麦冬水提物分为两个部位。以常压耐缺氧实验中缺氧小鼠的存活时间为评价指标,考察麦冬水提物两个组分对缺氧小鼠存活时间的影响,并通过垂体后叶素诱发小鼠急性心肌缺血,考察麦冬水提物不同部位的抗心肌缺血作用。结果麦冬提取物1万以下分子量组分可极显著性的延长缺氧小鼠的存活时间;可降低垂体后叶素引起的T波变化幅度,同时降低动物血清中CK和LDH活力,对心肌缺血造成的MDA增加有一定抑制作用。结论分子量1万以下的组分是麦冬水提物的抗心肌缺血的主要活性部位。 Objective To choose the anti-myocardial ischemic ingredients from the aqueous extract of Ophiopogon japonicus(AO).Methods According to weight,AO was separated to two portions by using ultrafiltration technique.Fistly using the survival time of the hypoxia mice as the evaluation index to preliminarily screen the active portion from AO.Then the effects of AO active portions(AOAP) on acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin were studied in mice.Results AOPO could remarkably increase the survival time under the hypoxia mice,decrease the T amplitude and contents of CK and LDH in serum caused by pituitrin.AOPO also exerted some inhibition effects on the increase of MDA caused by myocardial ischemia.Conclusion The active portion under the ten thousands molecular weight on acute myocardial ischemia was the major active component of AOPO.
