摘要
目的建立四逆汤HPLC指纹图谱,并比较传统汤剂、经方颗粒及配方颗粒的相似性,为其配方颗粒的制备提供科学依据。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长:230 nm;分析时间86 min;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果建立了四逆汤的指纹图谱,确定22个共有峰,相似度均大于0.97。结论该指纹图谱检测方法简便、重现性好,可作为四逆汤各剂型质量控制标准,为临床应用提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Sini decoction and compare the similarity of traditional decoction,classical prescriptions,formula particles,So it can provide the scientific basis for the preparation of formula particles.Methods Using HPLC,Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);flow phase:chromatographic column to acetonitrile-0.05mol/L phosphoric acid as flow phase for gradient elution and detected wavelength for 230 nm;analysis time for 86 min;flow rate:1.0ml/min.Results The Sini decoction fingerprint has determined the 22 common peaks and similarity are greater than 0.97.Conclusion The fingerprint method is simple,good reproducibility and can be used as Sini decoction formulations quality control standards to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.
