香豆素类化合物的药理活性和药代动力学研究进展

目的对香豆素类化合物的药理活性和药代动力学的研究进展作一系统概述。方法通过系统查阅国内外发表的26篇文献,对其药理活性和药代动力学等方面的研究进行了总结归纳。结果香豆素类化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗菌和抗微生物、抗病毒、抗炎镇痛及抗心律失常等多种药理活性,具有潜在的药用价值,其中抗肿瘤作用是一个研究热点。其体内过程的研究为其进一步的研究开发提供了依据。结论文章为香豆素类化合物的进一步开发利用提供一定参考。

Objective To overview the pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics of coumarins.Methods The pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics of coumarins were summarized,based on 26 literatures.Results It had antitumor,antibacterial,antimicrobial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-arrhythmic and other pharmacological activities.It had potential medicinal value,and the antitumor effect was a focus of research.In addition,the pharmacokinetic study of coumarins provided the basis for further research and development.Conclusion This article provides a research direction for the further research on coumarins.
