基于因子分析的进展期胃癌证型分布及辨证规律研究

Study on TCM syndrome type distribution and the dialectical law of advanced gastric cancer based on Factor Analysis

目的运用因子分析方法,探讨进展期胃癌的证型分布规律以及辩证要点。方法对506例进展期胃癌患者频数>10%的症候及舌脉进行因子分析,提取5个公因子,归纳为5个证型。结果进展期胃癌常见中医证型为:脾胃虚损瘀毒内蕴证、心脾气血两虚证、脾虚痰湿凝结证、肝胃不和证、胃热伤阴证,并得出各型辨证要点。结论因子分析法对进展期胃癌临床辨证分型标准的确立具有指导意义。

Objective Using factor analysis to explore the advanced gastric cancer syndrome distribution and dialectical points.Methods Extract frequency 10% of the symptoms,tongue and pulse phase of the 506 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients for factor analysis,then extract five common factors,grouped into the five TCM Syndrome Types.Results Common syndrome types of advanced gastric cancer as follows：Spleen deficiency and Toxin resistance type、Qi and blood deficiency type、Spleen dampness condensation type、Phlegm coagulation type、Stomach yin deficiency type,and draw all types of dialectical points.Conclusion Factor Analysis has guiding significance to the establishment of the clinical syndrome type standards of advanced gastric cancer.
