以肺间质病变为首发表现的细支气管肺泡癌1例

One case of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma with interstitial lung disease as the first manifestation and literature review

目的介绍1例以肺间质病变为首发表现的细支气管肺泡癌并复习相关文献，以提高临床医师对该病的认识。方法对1例确诊为细支气管肺泡癌的患者诊治过程进行分析，结合文献讨论其临床特点、诊断。结果胸部影像学表现为肺问质病变的细支气管肺泡癌易被误诊，肺穿刺活检是确诊的重要依据。结论细支气管肺泡癌患者临床表现无特异性，提高认识并早期肺活检是降低细支气管肺泡癌误诊率的必由之路。

Objective To raise clinicians＂ awareness of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma by one case of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma with interstitial lung diseases as the first manifestation and review of related literatures. Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment process of one case with confirmed bronchioloalveolar carcinoma were analyzed. The clinical features and diagnosis of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma were discussed combining with literatures. Results Patients with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma whose chest imaging manifestations show interstitial lung diseases are easily misdiagnosed. Lung biopsy is an important method of final diagnosis. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of patients with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma are not specific. The only way to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma is to raise awareness and make early lung biopsy.
