骨细胞凋亡及其调控与绝经后骨质疏松 被引量：3

摘要 在骨的正常发育及病理情况下均有骨细胞凋亡的参与。雌激素分泌减少与绝经后骨质疏松的发生密切相关,并且直接或间接地影响了骨细胞的凋亡。探明参与骨细胞凋亡的基因及其调控基因,有助于寻找一条基因治疗骨质疏松的新途径。
