摘要
糖尿病心血管疾病是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的首要致死原因。近年的一些实验及临床观察表明,二甲双胍可降低T2DM合并心血管并发症患者的病死率,相关机制可能包括改善内皮和血小板功能,调节炎性反应和前血栓状态,改善脂质及细胞能量代谢,抑制晚期糖基化终末产物的产生等,因此二甲双胍对T2DM心血管并发症有独特的保护作用。
Cardiovascular disease is a major cause of mortality among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Recently, a number of experimental and clinical observations suggest that mefformin can reduce cardiovascular mortality in patients with T2DM. The mechanisms include improving endothelial and platelet function, regulating inflammation and pro-thrombotic state, adjusting lipid and cell energy metabolism, reducing the formation of advanced glycation end products. Therefore, metformin has an unique protective effect on cardiovascular complications of T2DM.
