摘要
教师队伍建设是我国职业教育发展的当务之急,本文围绕着教师队伍建设的重要意义,教师队伍建设在职业教育发展中的关键因素地位,与终身教育职业教育发展的关系,以及教师队伍建设的目标等问题阐述了观点。
Teaching staff development is the most urgent task in the development of vocational education in China. This paper expounds the issues on the significance and the key status of the teacher＇s development, the relationship with the development of vocational education and lifelong education, and the development goals.
