文章提出具有特色的课程(课题)学分制的基本含义、指导思想和具体的一些实施措施,用于指导开展实施课程(课题)学分制。
This paper presents the basic meaning of the credit system, guiding ideology and some of the specific implementation measures of unique courses （subjects）, which is applied for guiding the implementation of credit system of the courses （subjects）.
