摘要 任何单位和部门在履行自身业务、实现存在职能的过程中,都面临着人员的更迭和优化。在提倡竞争化、效率化、合理化的现代社会,实现这一过程必然需要人才需求分析和用人标准确定,俾使单位人员结构更加合理、业务流程更加顺畅,更加符合行业发展的需求。如何使这项工作更加科学、有效,需从理解概念、选择方法、要素分析等方面着手,得出用人单位的人力资源需求报告,作为择才、聘才和人力资源整合的依据,这也是大学生专业选择和就业的重要参考。 Any units and departments are confronted with alternation and optimization of the personnel in the process of performing their own business and accomplishing the existing functions. In a modern society where competition, efficiency and rationalization is promoted, this process entails the demand analysis of qualified personnel and confirmation of the employment standards so as to make the structure of the personnel more reasonable, business procedure more smooth and in line with the needs of industry. To make this work more scientific and effective, it needs to start with the understanding of the concept, selection of methods and analysis of elements to get the demand report on human resources as the basis for the integration of selection and employment of personnel with human resources, which is a reference of professional choices and employment for college students.
