校企合作中学生顶岗实习安全保障问题研究

Research of Security Protection in Student's Internship with School-enterprise Cooperation

由于顶岗实习中学生意外事故屡屡出现,而无论是法律还是保险对顶岗实习的学生这种特殊群体来说还仍是一个空白。为了保障这个特殊群体的合法权益,文章通过对现行法律和保险的分析,以及对相关法律主体的分析,对学生顶岗实习的安全保障自己的见解。

Accidents often happen to the student interns. However, there is still a blank either by law or by insurance for this special group, the student interns. The article makes an analysis on the existing law, insurance and the related legal subjects, and puts forward the opinions on the security protection of the student interns in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the special groups.
