T-SPOT.TB在诊断结核病中的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价T-SPOT.TB在快速诊断结核病中的临床应用价值。方法:选择大庆市第二医院就诊的结核病患者300例,健康成人对照132例,分别用抗酸染色法查找抗酸分支杆菌,金标法检测结核抗体,利用T-SPOT.TB检测结核感染T细胞并观察其结果。结果:300例结核病患者中抗酸染色法检出抗酸杆菌阳性97例,阳性率32.3%;金标法检出结核抗体阳性106例,其阳性率为53.3%;T-SPOT.TB检测结核感染T细胞阳性287例,其阳性率为95.5%,健康对照组3种方法检测均为阴性。结论:T-SPOT.TB是较灵敏和特异的快速检测结核菌感染的方法,可用于结核病的快速诊断。
