Lokomat步态训练对1例17年脑外伤病史患者的康复效应 被引量:2

摘要 Lokomat全自动步态训练与评估系统由步态矫形器、体重支持系统、跑台及计算机反馈系统组成。它通过体重支持,躯干控制,在步态矫形器的帮助下给予双下肢不断重复正确的步行运动模式,加强中枢神经功能的可塑性,从而促进神经系统损伤后步态功能的恢复[1]。本文通过Lokomat系统对1例17年脑外伤病史患者进行步态训练,观察其康复治疗效应。
