三维CT在髁状突区病变的应用

3D-CT application in the lesion of condylar region

目的 评价三维CT在髁状突区病变中的应用价值。方法 常规显示不佳的 12例髁状突区病变患者行三维CT检查。采用仰卧横轴位及俯卧冠状位二种扫描方式 ,经用 3D软件处理 ,获得横轴位及俯卧冠状位二种三维图像。结果 三维CT对下颌骨髁状突区的病变 ,包括外伤、肿瘤、畸形的诊断、分类及手术设计都有重要的价值。结论 在其它影像方式难以显示髁状突区病变细节时 。

Objective To evaluate the value of 3D-CTs application in the lesions of condylar region.Methods 12 cases of lesions of TMJ region,which can not be demonstrated well by the routine way,were scanned by CT (Samatom Plus Spiral CT),and reconstructed in three-dimensional way with axial and coronal scanning respectively.The experience and limitation were analyzed.Results 3D-CT was valuable for diagnosis,classification,and operative design,and had the advantage to demonstrate the complicated lesions of condylar region,such as trauma,tumor,deformity.Conclusion 3D-CT can be indicated in those cases of the lesion of condylar region which is ill demonstrated by the routine image modalities.
