北京地区不同年代成人正常颅面结构的差异研究

The differences of cranifacial configuration of normal occlusion for Beijing adults in three decades

目的 探讨不同年代北京地区成人正常牙合颅面结构的差异及产生差异的原因。方法 选取北京地区 90年代成人正常牙合 6 3例 ,与傅民魁 6 0年代、于晓惠 80年代成人组资料进行X线头影测量标准值的对比研究 ,用SPSS进行统计分析。结果 本文 90年代资料较傅民魁 6 0年代资料硬组织侧貌变直 ,牙型较一致 ,较于晓惠 80年代资料硬组织侧貌一致 ,但牙型较突。结论 由于社会审美观的变化导致研究者的样本选取标准不同是上述差异产生的主要原因 ,我们应为正畸临床提供更精确。

Objective To discuss differences of cranifacial configurations of Beijing adults in 1960s、1980s、1990s and reasons that caused these kind of differences.Methods Sixty-three normal occlusions were studied.The results were compared with cepholometric norms of Fu Minkui and Yu Xiaohuis studies.Results Comparison with Fus norms showed that there was little difference in protrusion of upper and lower anterior teeth,but the hard tissue profile of Fus was more protrusive.Comparison with Yus results showed that the hard tissue profile were similar,but the current subjects had a more protrusive anterior teeth.Conclusion The criteria for normal occlusions are changing with the change of peoples opinions about aesthetics.The different criteria are the most important reason that cause differences of three samples.The more precise norms which coincide to the aesthetic sense of current people should be provided to orthodontist.
