农村地区国债发行的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for Issuance of National Debt in Rural Areas

随着农村经济的发展,农村居民对国债的需求量日益增大,但其购买国债难的问题也日趋突出。在对农民购买国债意愿现状进行问卷调查的基础上,分析影响农村地区国债发行的主要因素,提出促进农村地区国债市场发展的有效措施。

With the rapid development in rural economy, rural citizens have an increasing demand for national debt and the difficulty in buying these debts has become increasingly prominent. This article makes analysis on major factors influencing the issuance of national debt in rural areas on the basis of survey and questionnaire on farmers＇ attitude towards buying national debt. Accordingly, measures to stimulate the development of national debt market in rural areas are put forward.
