Adaptive manufacturing mode for integration of industrialization and informatization

摘要 从两化融合的需要出发,基于协同制造的理念与组织运营的视角研究了自适应制造模式,将资源实体划分为独立的能力单元并使其信息化,构建基于能力单元的调用与订单分配模型,借助一种可视化平台,完成订单与能力单元之间的分配、调用、优化与协同运营。自适应制造概念的研究和应用,将拓展中国产业组织形态下的先进制造模式的研究,对两化融合的路径和方式的创新与实践具有重要指导价值。 From the collaborative manufacturing concept and organization operation perspectives, the adaptive manu- facturing mode was studied proceeding from the integraion of industrialization and informatization's demand. Through dividing the resource entities into independent capacity cells to make it informationized, a model based on invoking and order distribution of capability cell was put forward, which accomplished the distribution, invoking, optimization and collaborative operation among orders and capacity cells by means of a visual platform. Study and application to the concept of adaptive manufacturing would expand the research on advanced manufacturing mode in organization form of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, which had great guiding value to the innovation and practice of path and the way of Chinese integration of industrialization and informatization.
