摘要 生物可降解的聚乳酸及其共聚物被广泛用作药物载体 ,以控制释药速度 ,这是目前研究和应用的热点。本文综述聚乳酸及其共聚物在微粒给药系统、植入剂、膜剂等中的研究进展。
