工频电磁场对人体T淋巴细胞核仁区酸性非组蛋白活性表达影响的研究 被引量:1

Effect of Frequency Electromagnetic Field on the Expression of Nucleolar Organizer Regions Associated Protein of T Lymphocytes in Human Body

摘要 为了探讨工频电磁场对人体T淋巴细胞酸性非组蛋白 (Ag NORs)表达活性的影响及观察电磁场屏蔽效应 ,建立了电磁场辐射及电磁场屏蔽装置 ,取健康人淋巴细胞分别暴露于电磁场、无人工磁场及电磁场屏蔽装置上培养、观察 ,采用KL型免疫图像分析系统检测T淋巴细胞Ag NORs核仁 /核面积之比(I/S)。结果表明 ,实验组在磁场作用下T淋巴细胞Ag NORs I/S的 x为 (7 10± 0 78) % ,明显低于无人工磁场组 (8 0 1± 0 48) %与磁场屏蔽组 (7 96± 0 47) % ,均为P <0 0 1。磁场暴露组I/S下调率 70 % ,无人工磁场组与电磁场屏蔽组I/S值基本一致。提示工频磁场的辐射作用能降低人体T淋巴细胞Ag NORs转录活性 ,表明其免疫细胞功能受到明显抑制 。 In order to investigate the effect of nucleolar organizer region associated protein(Ag NORs)of T lymphocytes in human body and to observe the screen effect on high frequency electromagnetic field,devices of radiation and screen of electromagnetic field were built.T lymphocytes of healthy subjects were cultured under the exposed,unexposed,and screened electromagnetic field respectively.At the same time,the Ag NORs I/S(the area ratio of nucleolus/nucleus)was detected by a cell image analysis system.It indicated that the Ag NORs I/S of T lymphocytes in the exposed group was( 7 10±0 78)%,which was lower than that of the unexposed group( 8 01±0 48)% and the screened group(7 96±0 47)%,(P<0 01).The drop rate of I/S was 70% in the exposed group.However,the values of unexposed and screened groups were basically the same.It revealed that the effects of radiation of high frequency electromagnetic field could reduce the activation of Ag NORs of T lymphocytes in human body.It indicated that the function of immunological cells was apparently inhibited and the screen measure could hinder the biological effect of high frequency electromagnetic field.
