从事介入治疗医护人员体细胞染色体畸变及白细胞总数的检测

Study on Chromosome Aberration and Leukocyte Count of Medical Staff Engaging in Intervention Treatment

为使从事介入治疗医护人员免受射线损伤 ,选从事介入治疗人员 48人 ,医院放射线科人员 93人及对照组 6 5人 ,检测末梢血中白细胞总数、淋巴细胞染色体畸变率。结果发现 ,从事介入治疗人员白细胞总数明显低于放射线科人员和对照人群 ,染色体畸变中的无着丝粒断片和双着丝粒体两项指标 ,三组间也存在差异。

In order to protect medical staff engaging intervention treatment from radiation hazard,the leukocyte count and rate of chromosome aberration were investigated in 48 exposed subjects,93 X ray workers and 65 controls.Results showed that the leukocyte count of exposed workers was significantly lower than those of other two groups.Among these three groups,there were also difference in acentric fragments and dicentric granulae.
