介入放射学诊疗医生外周血淋巴细胞微核率分析

Analysis on the Micronucleus Rate of Lymphocytes in Peripheral Blood of Doctors Engaging in Intervention Radiology

对 18 0名介入放射学诊疗医生外周血淋巴细胞微核率进行了观察分析。结果表明介入放射组人员的微核率 (3 0 4‰ )与阳性检出率 (31% )明显高于正常对照组 (1 2‰ ,13 4% ) ,且随介入放射工龄的增加而增高 ,但二者与性别差异无关 (P >0 0 5 )。

The micronucleus in lymphocytes of 180 doctors engaging in intervention radiology were investigated.The results showed that the micronucleus rate(3 04‰)and the positive rate(31%)increased obviously comparing with those of controls(1 2‰,13 4%).Both of them increased with the elongation of radiological standing,however,they were not correlated with the sex difference(P>0 05).
