浅谈水龙头装配线的优化设计

摘要 针对某水龙头企业装配线目前存在的生产效率低,生产线员工反映工作强度大等问题,通过进行实地考察后,运用时间流程程序分析的方法,对该企业水龙头生产装配线进行了优化设计。改造后的装配线装配效率得到了明显的提高,生产线员工的工作强度也得到了有效降低。 The production rate of assembly line in this faucet company is inefficient and the intensity of work is too much for staffs. After doing research at this factory, we use process analysis to optimize the assembly line. The production rate of optimized assembly line is increased obviously and the intensity of work is reduced.
