摘要
目的 :探讨健脑精喷雾剂对老年期痴呆的治疗作用。方法 :56例老年期痴呆患者随机分为两组。治疗组 35例 ,采用健脑精喷雾剂治疗 8周 ,观察治疗前后临床症状积分值、嗅觉改变、血液流变性等 ,并采用都可喜治疗作为对照组 (2 1例 )。结果 :治疗组主要症状明显改善 (P <0 .0 5) ,总有效率为 89% ,显著高于对照组 (38% )。此外 ,治疗组嗅觉障碍和血液流变性指标也有一定改善。结论 :健脑精喷雾剂可能通过多途径增进老年期痴呆患者的智能。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect on senile dementia by Jiannaojing spray.Method:56 cases with senile dementia were divided into 2 groups.35 cases in the treatment group were administered with Jiannaojing spray for 8 weeks,the control group administered with Duxil.The indexes of clinical symptoms,dysosmia and blood viscosity were observed at the beginning and the end of the course.Result:The major symptoms were obviously improved in treatment group.Its total effective ratio(89%) was markedly higher than that in the control group.In addition,dysosmia and blood viscosity were to some degree bettered.Conclusion:The mechanism that Jiannaojing spray improve the intelligence of the aged with dementia is probably through various ways.
