摘要
道路清障车是交通事故紧急救援的主要装备,扶正作业是道路清障车的基本功能。针对目前国内扶正操作主要依靠清障救援人员经验,缺乏理论指导的现状,根据事故车辆与道路清障车的几何位置关系,建立了道路清障车扶正模型,该模型可实现事故车辆平稳快速扶正。利用该模型对扶正过程中各卷扬位移变化曲线及受力情况进行了分析,为后续道路清障车自动扶正研究奠定了基础。
Wrecker is the main equipment for traffic accidents rescue.However,as one of the basic functions,the rollover righting work of wrecker depends mainly on the operator's experience.In order to change present status,the model on rollover righting was built according to the position relation between accident vehicle and wrecker,it ensure the rollover righting accomplished stably and rapidly.Then,for further study on automatic rollover righting,the displacements and forces of winches were analyzed based on the model.
