摘要
电子商务正在迅速发展，由此也产生了很多问题，如产品质量问题，仓储配送问题，支付问题等。本文通过对某电子商务企业客服部的数据进行统计分析，探讨目前电子商务企业发展过程中存在的主要问题及可能的原因。
With the fast developing of e-commerce, there are a lot of questions, like the question of products＇ quality, storage and delivery, payment and so on. This paper analyses the data from the customer service department of an e-commerce company and discusses restrict factors of e-commerce company development and the reasons.
