摘要
教学评估是教学改革中的一个重要内容。本文运用灰数理论和TOPSI$方法构建评价模型，将定性评价指标与定量分析方法相结合，克服教学评估中的模糊性，对高校教师教学质量进行综合定量评价。最后通过算例分析，该评价模型具有多层次性、可扩展J陛和可操作性等特性。
Education quality evaluation is an important content of the teaching reform. This paper used grey number theory and TOPSIS method to build the evaluationmodel. This model combines the qualitative evaluationandquantitative analysis method, and overcomes the subjective arbitrariness in the evaluation of education quality to arrive comprehensive quantitative evaluation of college teaching quality. The example study was made about the feasibility of applying our model in teaching quality evaluation.
