阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流患者的临床应用价值分析

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流患者的临床效果,为其治疗提供临床依据。方法 2010年1月~2012年1月来本院心内科进行治疗的冠状动脉慢血流现象60例为研究对象,并且随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,其中对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片和阿司匹林进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀20mg,1次/d进行治疗,观察两组临床疗效及冠状动脉血流改善情况。结果治疗组患者显效率为46.67%,明显高于对照组的10.00%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);总有效率为66.67%,明显高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠脉血流改善治疗组有效率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能有效改善冠状动脉慢血流患者临床症状和冠脉血流情况,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of atorvastatin on patients with coronary slow flow, provide clini- cal basis for its treatment. Methods Sixty patients with coronary slow flow who hospitalized in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets and aspirin for treatment. On the basis of control group, the treatment group was given atorvastatin 20 mg, 1 time a day. The clinical efficacy and situation of coronary artery blood flow improving in two groups were observed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 46.67% and significantly higher than that in control group 10.00%, the difference was sta- tistically significant(P 〈 0.01). The markedly effective rate in the treatment group was 66.67% and significantly higher than that in control group 40.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The coronary blood flow im proving rate in the treatment group was 80.00%, and was significantly higher than that in control group 50.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with slow coronary blood flow and coronary blood flow. It is worthy of clinical application.
