Study on the application of nephritic nursing professional practice model in hemodialysis centers

目的探讨肾脏病护理专业实践模型在血液透析中心的应用效果。方法应用36项简易的健康调查问卷(SF-36)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)先后对本院血液净化中心的200例行维持性血液透析(HD)患者应用肾脏病护理专业实践模型前后进行测评,并应用工作有效条件问卷对科室护士进行调查。结果在应用肾脏病护理专业实践模型后维持性HD患者的生活质量指数明显提高、心理状况明显改善、家庭关怀度指数明显升高;护士的工作有效条件增高。结论肾脏病护理专业实践模型在血液透析中心的应用促进了医、护、患关系的和谐,提高了患者的生活质量和减少透析并发症的发生,延长生命,减轻家庭和社会负担,同时提高了护士的工作效率。

Objective To explore the application effects of nephritic nursing professional practice model in hemodialy- sis centers. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis were tested before and after the application of kidney disease nursing professional practice model by the 36-item short-form health survey question- naire （SF-36）, self-reporting inventory （SCL） and family APGAR index （APGAR）; the nurses in the ward were investi- gated by work effectiveness questionnaire. Results The application of nephritic nursing professional practice model sig- nificantly improved the life quality, psychological status and family care of the tested patients, and the working effi- ciency of the tested nurses. Conclusion The application of nephritic nursing professional practice model promotes the harmonious relationship between the doctor, nurse, and patients; improves the life quality of patients and the working efficiency of nurses, reduce complications of dialysis and the monious medical relationship. burden on both society and family, and promote the har-
