慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道管理的护理体会

Nursing experience of respiratory tract management in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的讨论加强气道管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的效果。方法对46例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取雾化吸入、氧疗、物理治疗、心理护理、营养支持、呼吸训练、健康教育等措施加强气道管理。结果通过以上措施的合理运用,可使气道保持通畅,改善通气和氧合功能,有效地预防气道阻塞的发生。结论气道管理是慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的关键环节,对提高疗效有着极为重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening respiratory tract management in nursing patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Forty six patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were given strengthened respiratory tract management such as aerosol inhalation, oxygen therapy, physical therapy, psycho- logical care, nutritional support, respiratory training, and health education. Results Through the rational use of the above measures, the respiratory tract were kept unobstructed; ventilation and oxygenation functions were improved, and the obstruction of respiratory tract was effectively prevented. Conclusion The respiratory tract management is the key link of nursing patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and plays an extremely important role in improving curative effect.
