卫生行政档案开发利用存在的问题及对策

Issue and its countermeasures on development and utilization of health administrative records

当前,卫生行政事业单位面临医改关键期,在解决农民"看病难、看病贵"的统筹安排上,往往需要大量的数据和资料支持,本研究感悟到,卫生行政档案的开发与利用普遍存在效率不高、资料不全、使用不当等问题,本研究从树立正确的使用意识、培养完善的归档习惯、建立科学的利用方法入手,浅谈卫生行政部门如何提高卫生行政档案的开发与利用价值。

At present, health administrative departments are facing the critical development period of medical reform, when solve the problem of ＂Seeing a doctor is difficult, seeing a doctor is expensive＂, a quantity of datum are needed, nevertheless, there are some barrier exiting on the development and utilization of heahh administrative records, such as lack of efficiency, incomplete data, improper use and so on. In order to solve the problems, building correct conscious- ness of use, cultivating prefect habit of file collecting and placing, establishing the scientific methods of use are all advised.
