摘要
执行力作为21世纪企业核心竞争力形成的关键,在我国医药企业快速发展中的地位日趋重要。如何提高执行力、保证各环节的执行力度是确保医药企业稳定、持续发展必须充分考虑的问题。本文从现阶段我国医药企业的执行力现状出发,分析了当前其执行力存在的问题,并就如何提高我国医药企业的执行力提出相关对策。
