摘要
目的研究羊水粪染与新生儿窒息的关系。方法对本院羊水粪染产妇492例分别按羊水污染分度分3组,分别分析其与胎心监护及新生儿窒息的关系。结果羊水Ⅱ度以上发生新生儿窒息的发生率增高。胎心监护异常的发生其羊水性状有显著性差异。Ⅲ度羊水胎粪污染胎心监护异常发生率显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ度羊水污染和清亮者。胎心率变异变化与新生儿窒息呈非常显著的相关性。结论羊水粪染程度及胎心监护异常与新生儿窒息的发生有密切关系。
Objective To study the relationship between meconium-stained amniotic fluid (MSAF) and neonatal as- phyxia (NA). Methods According to degrees of MSAF, 492 puerperae with MSAF treated inour hospital were divided into three groups, and the relationships among MSAF, fetal heart rate monitoring (FHRM), and NA were analyzed mu- tually. Results The possibility of NA was increased when MSAF came to second or third degree. There was significant difference in the characteristics of amniotic fluid on abnormality of FHRM. On third degree of MSAF, the abnormal oc- currence rate was higher than that of first degree, second degree or the clear. The correlation of abnormal changes of fetal heart rate and NA was extremely remarkable. Conclusion The degrees of MSAF and abnormality Of FHRM were closely related with occurrence of NA.
