摘要
基于工业建筑本身及其排风的特点,提出了基于溶液循环的排风热回收系统,对比分析了不同排风热回收方式在工业建筑应用的优劣性,以及溶液循环排风热回收系统在运行过程中空气与盐溶液的变化流程。研究结果表明该系统能够对工业建筑排风中的细菌、醛类、固体颗粒物等有害物质起到净化作用,冬季利用排风对新风进行预热,减少新风负荷;夏季利用现有的系统对新风除湿,减少新风的湿负荷。
Based on the character of the industrial building and air exhaust, solution cycle exhaust heat recovery system is proposed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of different exhaust heat recovery methods of application in industrial building and the change of air and salt solution in the operation process of solution circulation exhaust heat recovery system are comparatively analysed. The results show that the system can purify harmful substance like the bacteria, aldehydes, solid particles in industrial building air exhaust., and air exhaust is used to preheated fresh air which can reduce fresh air load in winter, while the existing system is used to dehumidify fresh air which can reduce moisture load. in sulnlner
