摘要
文章以太钢集团能动总厂厂级监控系统(SIS系统)建设为背景,扼要介绍了能动总厂热电生产现状及调度管理中遇到的问题。结合生产实际阐述了SIS系统总体设计思路、网络架构、EDNA实时数据库的特点及服务器、客户端的服务组件构成。重点说明各控制系统接口数据采集方式、通讯软件选取和SIS系统生产数据监控、信息分析与统计、机组级及厂级性能计算模型和方法等方面的设计内容。在总结SIS系统应用的优缺点基础上,对SIS系统在冶金企业热电生产中的应用做了展望。
Regarding the construction of Taigang group' s plant-level safety instntmented system (SIS) as the background, this paper briefly introduces the thermo production current situa- tion in the main danamic plant and the problems in dispatching management. Combining with the actual production, this paper elaborates on the overall design of the SIS system,the network structure, the characteristics of the EDNA real-time database and the components of the server & the client-end service, mainly on the data acquisition mode of each control system interface, com- munication software selection, production data monitoring of the SIS system, information analysis & statistics and the calculation model and method of the unit-level & the plant-level perfor- mance. Based on the advantages and disadvantages in the appli- cation of the SIS system, this paper prospects the application of the SIS system in a thermo production of the metallurgical enter- prises.
