摘要
文章简单介绍了空间环境及单粒子翻转的机理,分析了几种由于单粒子效应引起的DSP失效模式,提出了基于软件设计角度出发的有效减缓DSP单粒子效应的综合加固措施。这些方法已应用于某卫星通信载荷中,通过了所有工程试验。
Space environment and the mechanism of single event upset are introduced concisely, several DSP fault mode by single event upset are analyzed, and a comprehensive method of depressing single event effect for DSP based on software is provided. These methods have been applied in a satellite communication equipment, all engineering experimentation have been passed.
