摘要
文章首先给出偏置电路影响功率放大器性能的理论依据,然后采用3种不同的偏置电路,得出了3种不同的试验结果。试验结果表明,偏置电路会对放大器的输出功率、线性度、三阶交调产生影响。最后给出了一种比较好的偏置电路和元件取值。
In the first section of this paper,the theory about effect of DC-Bias Circuit on the performance of power am- plifier was proposed. Three different dc bias circuits were designed, and the corresponding results were analyzed. The results show that DC-Bias Circuits have an effect on the output power,linear performance and third order Intermodulation. Finally, the better design of DC-Bias Circuit was achieved.
