中医灌肠法与包醛氧淀粉治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的Meta分析 被引量:4

Meta Analysis of Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure between Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Method and Oxyamyli Tectus Aldehydum

摘要 目的:以循证医学系统评价方法 Meta分析为依据客观评价中医灌肠法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法:以中国知网为主,检索国内各种,选择中医灌肠法与西医包醛氧淀粉治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的随机对照的试验研究。共纳入8篇符合纳入标准的随机对照临床试验并进行Meta分析。结果:与西医包醛氧淀粉组相比,中医灌肠法在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭在总体疗效,降低血肌酐、血尿素氮等方面优于西医治疗组。结论:灌肠法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效优于西医,但还需要设计良好的随机对照及多中心临床试验做进一步证实。 Objective: Using evidence-based Meta analysis to evaluate traditional Chinese medicine enema method in the treatment efficacyand safety of chronic renal failure. Method: Retrieval of domestic medical journals, choose Chinese medicine enema method with oxyamyli tectus aldehydum in the treatment of chronic renal failure randomized controlled experimental study. 8 randomized controlled clinical trials and Meta analysis. Result: Compared with oxyamyli tectus aldehydum, enema method in the treatment of chronic renal failure in overall efficacy, lower serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, are superior to that of oxyamyli tectus aldehydum group. Conclusion: Enema method in treating chronic renal failure of the superior efficacy of oxyamyli tectus aldehydum, but also needs to be well designed randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial and further confirmed.
